House rules

We love all our customers at GLOW BAR by Jhane and want to make sure everyone feels at home in our salon. That's why we've set some basic guidelines so that everyone who walks through the door has an experience that makes them want to come back again and again. Read on and if you have any questions, just get in touch.

Cancellation terms

Sometimes things happen and you want to change or cancel your appointment. We try to handle these situations as flexibly as possible.

If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, please call us or send us a message. If you do not notify us, or if you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the appointment, in that case we will charge 50% of the service as a reimbursement fee.

Arrival/Delay

Please be considerate of GLOW BAR by Jhane staff and other customers and be on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. If you find yourself running late, it's best to let us know so we can minimize inconvenience to our staff and other customers.

Disease

The beauty salon can only be visited by HEALTHY guests. "I'm coughing a little" or "my nose is just running", I ask everyone, don't use it as an excuse. In case of illness, everyone should call and we will try to find an appointment for the expected recovery time with the greatest flexibility. Aware of our full responsibility, we ask everyone to take care of each other!

The same applies to infectious or viral changes, e.g. warts, barley, conjunctivitis, herpes, etc.

If we experience this type of problem, we are unfortunately obliged to interrupt the treatment. In such cases, the cancellation/cancellation does not involve payment, but please make sure that you do not come with such a complaint.
